Hi
Nov. 23rd, 2009 | 03:21 pm
Just thought I would say Hello to everyone just to let you all know that I am still alive.
Everything is all right I swear. I have just really been in a rut dealing with work and miscellaneous hormone issues. Nothing bad mind you, just growing emotionally and physically (though painfully).
So with this short post I wish you all A Happy Thanksgiving.

I have been looking over leotards for Caren Ortensia from Fate Stay Night and have been coming with little to no appropriate styles/leg openings that would work.
Reference picture: http://i201.photobucket.com/albums/aa19 4/tuxedomakdarien/Dream%20Costumes/libf-g sc035.jpg
Below are links to what I have been looking at that may work. I am only worried about the way the crotch and butt look at this point. The sleeves I am going to have to modify any which way I go.

http://www.riversedgedancewear.com/lons leevmocn5.html
If anyone has any other links that may work, please by all means let me know. The main requirement is the leotard need to be charcoal/dark gray.

The Sneeze
Nov. 12th, 2009 | 12:08 pm
THE SNEEZE
A man and a woman were sitting beside each other in the first class section of an airplane. The woman sneezed, took out a tissue, gently wiped her nose, then shuddered for ten to fifteen seconds.
The man went back to his reading. A few minutes later, the woman sneezed again, took a tissue, wiped her nose, then shuddered violently once more.
Assuming that the woman might have a cold, the man was still curious about the shuddering.. A few more minutes passed when the woman sneezed again. As before she used a tissue, wiped her nose, her body shaking even more than before.
Unable to restrain his curiosity, the man turned to the woman and said, 'I couldn't help but notice that you've sneezed three times, wiped your nose, and then shuddered violently. Are you OK?
'I'm sorry if I disturbed you. I have a very rare medical condition. Whenever I sneeze I have an orgasm.
The man, more than a bit embarrassed, was still curious. 'I have never heard of that condition before', he said.. 'Are you taking anything for it?'
The woman nodded, and said 'Pepper'.

B-Day lunch

mood: amused, fulfilled
I came home to end up eating leftover homemade baked french onion soup and a container of cottage cheese. Within say 20-30 minutes of finishing said meal my dad starts out saying, "well....".
I was like, "well what?".
"How about lunch at the Squire?"
I just ended shouting out "SOLD!"
...and off we went. Now I think I will not be eating for the next 24 hours or so. After 30+ ounces of leftover soup, 24 ounces of cottage cheese, Grilled Salmon, ANOTHER 4 ounce thing of soup(yes, french onion) at the restaurant, half an orange and two 20 ounce Mai Tai's I think I may explode.
Please, do not poke the polar bear, he may explode.

Outside England 's Bristol Zoo there is a parking lot
for 150 cars and 8 buses. For 25 years, its
parking fees were managed by a very pleasant
attendant. The fees were ?1 for cars ($1.40),
?5 for busses (about $7).
Then, one day, after 25 solid years of never missing
a day of work, he just didn't show up; so the Zoo
Management called the City Council and asked it
to send them another parking agent.
The Council did some research and replied that the
parking lot was the Zoo's own responsibility.
The Zoo advised the Council that the attendant was
a City employee.
The City Council responded that the lot attendant
had never been on the City payrole.
Meanwhile, sitting in his villa somewhere on the coast of Spain
(or some such scenario), is a man who'd apparently had a
ticket machine installed completely on his own; and then
had simply begun to show up every day, commencing
to collect and keep the parking fees, estimated at about
$560 per day -- for 25 years.
Assuming 7 days a week, this amounts to just over
$7 million dollars!

Earth, Storm and Fire
Oct. 26th, 2009 | 03:58 am
Seeing as I am surrounded by so many talented photographers i thought I might as well toss some of my images up for everyone to see. The storm pictures were taken in Bakersfield, CA out of my moms garage over looking her neighbors and the fire pictures were taken in and around LA just before they closed the Grapevine (North/South Highway).
The following pictures were taken during the rainy and dry seasons in Southern California.

From tense to relaxed in 30...
Oct. 24th, 2009 | 02:04 pm
mood: refreshed
So I went to visit grammy in the hospital today seeing as it is her 67th Wedding Anniversary. From there I went straight to my local massage parlor and got a complete head to toe work over. I feel GREAT! Now, only if the files on my computer would burn themselves.
Edit:
It was kind of awkward yet funny that my masseuse figured it out that I am in transition with out me saying a word. She was really nice about it and quite oddly curious about the process.

Good news.. bad news...
Oct. 22nd, 2009 | 10:40 am
My brother got an Honorary Associates Degree from Bakersfield Community College. Bad part is he will never be able to use it due to his cancer.
Other bad news.. My stepmother mom is in the hospital with pneumonia and blood clots in the lungs. On top of this my stepmother thinks she is kicking me out of "my" room to house grandpa during my four days/nights off. This means I cannot do a damn thing on my computer as the bandwidth through the house is to slow to work on anything from the other rooms.

For those of you that use Itunes and "HAVE" used Itunes over the years you better check your music files. Especially those of you that have used Itunes 7 which has a known bug to literally "EAT" some of your music files even though the Itunes Music management is turned off.
I am missing in the upwards range of 100+ albums.

The three weeks following my CA trip...

mood: blank
Week 1: Grandma has a stroke
Week 2: Ashley (sister) Has stomach pain caused by a hemostat still in her belly from a hernyia surgery 2-3 years ago.
Week 3: Ben, my brother is diagnosed with cancer. Some of you know him from attending and helping with Anime Oasis.
Non-operable and spread throughout his body. 10months - 5 years is his time left on this earth. He is going down to UCLA to see what experimental treatments he can sign up for. My brother is being funny about this entire thing which concerns me with how my mom and stepdad are going to handle it when he finally goes. They are pretty bad already and I am dreading the time when it comes....
Emotionally, I personally am okay though I am stunned that I will be burying my confidant, my bud, my brother before myself. Now after typing this up I amtearing up....

Ataraxia is a no go.....
EDIT: It appears on closer inspection that my commission had it's measurements from the jacket swapped with the leotard. The leotard is almost 3 sizes to big and the jacket is 2-3 sizes to small.
EDIT #2:I am going to try on the jacket with my corset to see how far I have to cinch down to fit in it. If I can manage to squeeze into the jacket I am going to grab a gray/silver leotard from a local dance shop and add sleeves. Hopefully!... things will pan out.
Jacket DEFINATELY does not fit even with my corset laced all the way.
